At HomeGadgetSphere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items (personal care gadgets, hygiene products, clearance items) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at katariaritesh016@gmail.com.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items (unless the product is defective/wrong).
