At HomeGadgetSphere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items (personal care gadgets, hygiene products, clearance items) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at katariaritesh016@gmail.com.


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items (unless the product is defective/wrong).

  • Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
